Birth Choice is a pregnancy medical clinic with 10 locations in West Tennessee. We empower you with the information you need to make the best choice for yourself. These 10 locations include our offices in Jackson and Trenton as well as 8 locations visited weekly by our Mobile Clinic (Bolivar, Brownsville, Henderson, Lexington, Milan, Selmer, Savannah, and Somerville).
