How much do abortions cost?

The cost of an abortion depends on what procedure is performed. None of them are performed in Tennessee. The three options are: medicated abortion, suction abortion, and dilation and evacuation. The procedure chosen is based on gestational age, as well as factors like viability and location of the pregnancy. Dilation and evacuation is often done in two separate sessions, thus it is often twice as expensive, but it is the only option for a late term abortion. At Birth Choice, we offer free ultrasounds, which can tell you the gestational age, viability, and location of your pregnancy, which is all information that you would need in order to determine the cost of an abortion.
